Penelope Wildberry has a very strict MSRP policy and does not allow the sale of it's product on auction sites such as eBay. Retailers who Discount above normal seasonal sales or sell on auction sites will not be shipped to again. Online sites that sell our product on eBay below MSRP will be actively removed by Penelope Wildberry. In fairness to all it's retailers, Penelope Wildberry makes every effort to enforce MSRP. What is your lead time? Orders typically ship within 4 business days as long as the item is in stock. If its out of stock you will be notified within 24 - 48 hours. During peak shipping seasons this can extend to 7 buisiness days. We try to ship orders as soon as possible.

How do I become a retailer? Please fill out our retailer application form to be considered. Applications are generally answered within 24-48 business hours.

International Retailers: Orders are typically processed within 4 – 7 business days and are shipped via FedEx International. They arrive within 7-10 business days from the shipment date. All freight, duty and customs clearance charges are included in the shipping costs. This means you know exactly what you are going to pay when you place the order. You can trust that you will receive your orders as quickly as possible.
