If you require faster shipping, let us know. Additional fees for shipping will apply.
As we try to ship as fast as possible please remember most items are custom made and require a little extra time. As long as an item is in stock we will ship from our studio within 5-10 business days. If an item is out of stock it will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 24 to 48 hours and you will be notified that your item has been cancelled. We do not put anything on backorder, so if there is something that you really want, let us know and we can add you to a waiting list and notify you when the item is available.
Note: At this time we do not ship internet orders to New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Brazil, Peru, Croatia, Turkey, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Russia, Chile, Lebanon, Kuwait or Mexico. We are sorry for any inconvenience and suggest that you contact us for a store in your area.
Order tracking:
Customers in the continental US will receive a tracking number after their order has shipped. They may track the package at
www.ups.com or www.usps.com using this tracking number. Customers may log into their account at www.penelopewildberry.com and also track the shipment. All orders ship from Henderson, NV. If you have any other questions about your order please email us at customerservice@penelopewildberry.com.

shipping time is estimated in number of business days for standard UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service ground delivery and are
